Returns & Exchanges
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
- For hygienic reasons, we cannot accept returns on used cosmetics or opened skincare products.
How to Start a Return
- Email us at support@blushettecosmetics.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Once approved, we’ll send you return instructions.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
Refunds
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll make it right.
